Refund policy

RETURN POLICY AND GUARANTEE

Here at 4 SUITS we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and the distribution of high quality products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your engraved or un-engraved item in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery of your order, provided that the item meets the return policy.

Please read this page carefully before returning your item.

WARRANTY

4 SUITS jewellery is made with care, and quality materials, which is why we offer our products with generous return and warranty policies.

All 4 SUITS products come with a free manufacturer's warranty. In the event of any manufacturing defect, 4 SUITS will gladly repair your item free of charge as long as your item meets the terms and conditions of the warranty.

All repair requests are subject to inspection by the warranty and quality support before the request is processed. Our quality assurance team determines that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect.

Warranty and Lifetime Repair Terms and Conditions

  1. Warranty is only admissible for manufacturing defects and does not cover deformation and damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, intervention in the product by a third party or normal wear and tear.
  2. The product will be considered out of warranty/not covered by repair service if the item has been modified in any way, including engraving, resizing or repair by a third party, e.g. another jeweller or person other than 4 SUITS.
  3. If any part of the jewellery (including but not limited to stones, chains, clasps etc.) falls off, it must be returned together with its parts before any attempt is made to repair it. 4 SUITS shall not be responsible for any missing parts or stones.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover the following:

  • Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, whirlpools or baths
  • Scratches, dents or chips caused by wear and tear or improper use
  • Bent, caught or worn allowing a stone to fall or be lost due to negligence or other damage
  • Lost or stolen stone
  • Items that have been abused or worn out due to normal, everyday wear and tear.

Please note that the following matters are the characters of the article and cannot be considered as defects:

  • Slight irregularities and variations in the craftsmanship
  • Natural characteristics of the metal or precious stones (such as colour, internal inclusions, etc.)

RETURN

You can return your item to 4 SUITS either for a refund, resizing, engraving or repair request. 

For a quick and easy return process, please make sure you select the correct type of return and fill in all required fields when completing the form. Your return request will not be processed without the required information.

A confirmation e-mail, including the return address and a copy of the form you filled in, will be sent to your e-mail address after you have submitted the return form. Please print and enclose this form in your return package. Please note that the return request will be processed based on the information submitted online. Any handwritten notes on the printed copy of the return form will not be taken into account.

Pack your items well before shipping. We suggest you send your item via an insured and traceable shipping method. 4 SUITS does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.

The cost of return shipping is not covered by 4 SUITS and remains the responsibility of the customer.

Our returns department will begin processing your return within 2 - 4 working days of receipt of the product. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection by our warranty and quality team before a refund request is processed and charged according to the return instructions. Once the item undergoes inspection, you will be notified before any work is done to process your request if a charge is made.

Please read the information below carefully before returning your item for refund, engraving, size change or repair requests.

WITHDRAWAL (REFUND)

Your return must comply with all of the conditions below to be eligible for a full refund:

  • The item is unworn and shows no signs of use, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, stains or other defects.
  • The original product seal is intact and has not been removed. (All non-engraved and engraved products are sent with a black lanyard with the 4 SUITS logo hanging from the product. Please ensure that it has not been removed).
  • The product must be returned complete with all additional items (the original gift box, certificates of authenticity, and other promotional items).
  • The product has not previously been modified.
  • The product is not a special order that has been customised and/or made to customer specifications.
  • The product does not include diamonds purchased as part of the GIA certification.
  • The product was returned to 4 SUITS within 30 days after delivery of your order.

We will credit the refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account again, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Items that have received a shop credit can only be returned with another shop credit and never for a cash refund. Shop credit cannot be converted into money or transferred to someone else or used for services such as express shipping or the cost of the size change.
